Pet Policy

Highland View Apartments’ pet policy:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
Dogs must be at least one-year old
First-floor apartments allow dogs up to 65 pounds. For all other apartments, dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less
Cats do not have to be declawed
One-time $300 pet fee per home
Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, Saint Bernards, Chows, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, pit bulls, Great Danes, Dobermans, huskies, and Akitas. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
