Flats-style apartments — These include controlled-access building entries and attached garages on select floor plans.
Town homes — These include private entries to your home and direct, attached garages.
Duplexes — These are most like a traditional, single-family home and include a private entrance to your home and a direct, attached garage.

Grand Legacy’s pet policy:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
100-pound weight limit for dogs
Cats do not have to be declawed
One-time $300 pet fee per home
Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, Saint Bernards, Chows, Mastiffs, Dobermans, Rottweilers, pit bulls, Great Danes, huskies, and Akitas. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
