Any of our apartment homes can be easily furnished with the help of our leasing teams. Furnishings vary from community to community, so please reach out to the leasing team at your community for specific information. More information about the types of furnishing we offer can be found here.

Some of our communities offer short-term leases, however, lease lengths are managed independently at each community, and may not be available at every single one. We recommend calling the community’s leasing office to discuss short term lease availability.

The following communities accept housing vouchers/section 8:

A detailed criminal background check will be performed on all applicant(s) 18 years and older to review for certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. Items include, but are not limited to; terroristic threats, property or personal safety related crimes, drug related crimes. All Registered Sex Offenders will automatically be denied. Any criminal history may result in a denial.

Our credit requirements vary by the market by which you are applying in. Credit history and/or risk of applicant(s) will be assessed based on a credit report from our tenant screening provider, RentGrow. For specific credit criteria by location, view the Rental Application Criteria in full:

All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.
