Pet Policy

Southwind Villas’ pet policy is as follows:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
100-pound weight limit for dogs
Cats do not have to be declawed
One-time $300 pet fee per home
Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including Saint Bernards, pit bulls, Great Danes, Dobermans, German shepherds, Rottweilers, huskies, Akitas, chows, and mastiffs. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
