Leasing Specialists are the first point of contact for all prospective and current residents. Tours, move-ins, leases and renewals, and resident relations are main focuses for this role.
Career Paths: Leasing Specialists, Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager
Maintenance Technicians maintain, enhance, and repair the physical structure and grounds of our communities, and complete resident maintenance requests that can include repair of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems. Maintenance Supervisors provide leadership, direction, and support to our Maintenance teams. They also facilitate ordering supplies, preparing schedules, and training teammates.

Assistant Community Managers support lease renewals, training and leadership of onsite teams, and resident experiences. Community Business Managers focus on the strategic direction of the community including budgets, reporting, team leadership, maintaining vendor contracts, marketing, and maintenance. Regional Managers oversee all operational and financial aspects of multiple communities, including maintaining budgets, team leadership, safety and compliance, marketing, and training.
