I love living at Northbrook. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Although many people here have pets, rarely do I find a spot where someone didn't pick up after their pets. I have a lot of privacy and love the private entrance from my attached garage. Maintenance requests are always followed up on quickly. Mine have never been longer than 24 hours to fix, and none were what I considered an urgent request.
