Pet Policy
Here at 2twenty2 apartments, we understand that your furry friends are a part of your family. That's why we're proud to provide a welcoming environment for you and your furry friends.
With a spacious layout and easy access to outdoor spaces, both you and your pets will enjoy comfort and convenience. Have fun strolling our courtyard with conversation areas and lounge-space or enjoy pampering your pet at our paw spa. Living here means embracing a pet-friendly lifestyle where your four-legged companions are not just allowed, but truly welcome.
There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a one-time pet fee of $300 and $35/month pet rent. There are no weight restrictions on first-floor apartments. For all other apartments, dogs must weigh 50 lbs. or less. Dogs must be at least 1 year old.
Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards. Rabbits and ferrets are prohibited.
