Our apartments do not have in-home laundry, but residents have access to shared laundry rooms in the building.
Yes, ultra high-speed fiber internet access is available in every apartment.
While our apartments are not smoke-free, smoking is not permitted in any common areas.
There is no elevator at community, however, we do have ground floor apartments.

Leasing & Availability
All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.
A detailed criminal background check will be performed on all applicant(s) 18 years and older to review for certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. Items include, but are not limited to; terroristic threats, property or personal safety related crimes, drug related crimes. All Registered Sex Offenders will automatically be denied. Anyone charged with arson (misdemeanor or felony) will be denied. Applicant’s criminal history will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may result in a denial.
Credit history and/or risk of applicant(s) will be assessed based on a credit report from our tenant screening provider, RentGrow.
