Pet Policy

Ridge Pointe Villas’ pet policy is as follows:
  • Cats and dogs welcome
  • Maximum of two pets allowed
  • 75 pound weight limit for dogs, and dogs over 50 pounds are allowed in first-floor apartments only
  • Dogs must be at least one year old
  • Cats do not have to be declawed
  • One-time $300 pet fee per home
  • Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including pit bulls, Akitas, chows, Great Danes, huskies, Dobermans, German shepherds, mastiffs, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
