Pet Policy

Ridge Pointe Villas’ pet policy is as follows:
  • Maximum of two pets allowed per household.
  • Both cats and dogs are welcome (cats do not have to be declawed).
  • No weight or age restriction.
  • There is a one-time $300 pet fee per home. Pet rent is $35/month per pet. 

Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Saint Bernards and Staffordshire Terriers. Rabbits and ferrets are prohibited.
