Your furry friends are valued family members, so your apartment choice must include them. Thankfully, 360 at Jordan West offers pet-friendly apartments in West Des Moines. Whether you’ve got a little kitten or a playful pup, we’d love to have them join our community.

Our walkable property is perfect for taking your pet for an outdoor stroll, whether you stay on our property or explore the nearby trail. Additionally, we have free wash stations in every building, so you can guarantee your pet stays clean and comfortable at all times.

360 at Jordan West’s pet policy includes the following:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
Cats do not have to be declawed
No weight or age restriction
There is a one-time $300 pet fee for the first pet, and a $100 fee for a second pet. Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Certain dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, Akitas, chows, Great Danes, huskies, mastiffs, Rottweilers, Saint Bernards, Doberman pinschers, pit bulls and Staffordshire terriers.

No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
