Pet Policy

The Preserve at Normandale Lake’s pet policy is as follows:

Cats and dogs welcome
Dogs must weigh 75 pounds or less
Cats do not have to be declawed
Maximum of two pets allowed
One-time $350 pet deposit per home. Pet rent is $25 a month per cat and $50 a month per dog.

Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman pinschers, and Staffordshire terriers. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
