Our walkable property is perfect for active pets, as you can take them for a walk around the property without straying far from home. Additionally, we have pet washing stations available on-site to help keep them clean and comfortable.
Ascend at Woodbury’s pet policy includes the following:
- Cats and dogs welcome
- Dogs must weigh 75 pounds or less
- Cats do not have to be declawed
- Maximum of two pets allowed
- One-time $350 pet fee per home. Pet rent is $25 a month per cat and $50 a month per dog
Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Rottweilers, Doberman pinschers, German shepherds, pit bulls, and Staffordshire terriers.
No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
