We welcome your furry family members! Brynwood at Wilderness Ridge is the ultimate spot for pet lovers, and we’re dedicated to creating a pet-friendly atmosphere. We understand how much your pets mean to you and welcome them wholeheartedly. With amenities like a Paw Spa and a scenic neighborhood perfectly suited for walking, your furry pals will be as content and comfy as you are in your new place.
Brynwood at Wilderness Ridge’s pet policy features the following:
- Cats and dogs are both welcome.
- No more than 2 pets per apartment, and dogs must be at least 1 year old.
- There are no weight restrictions on first-floor units. For all other units, dogs must weigh 50lbs or less.
- There is a one-time pet fee of $300, and pet rent is $35/month.
Restrictions: Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pitbulls, Rotweilers, and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed. Cats are not required to be declawed.
