Cascade Pines’ pet policy is as follows:- Cats and dogs welcome
- Maximum of two pets allowed
- Dogs must be at least 1 year old & cannot weigh more than 60 pounds
- Cats do not have to be declawed
- One-time $300 pet fee per home
- Pet rent is $35 per month
Some dog breeds are restricted, including pit bulls, Akitas, chows, Great Danes, huskies, Dobermans, German shepherds, mastiffs, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
