Yes! Residents have access to an online portal and app that includes services such as paying rent and submitting maintenance requests.

Leasing & Availability
All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.
A detailed criminal background check will be performed on all applicant(s) 18 years and older to review for certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. Items include, but are not limited to; terroristic threats, property or personal safety related crimes, drug related crimes. All Registered Sex Offenders will automatically be denied. Anyone charged with arson (misdemeanor or felony) will be denied. Applicant’s criminal history will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may result in a denial.
Credit history and/or risk of applicant(s) will be assessed based on a credit report from our tenant screening provider, RentGrow.

Our duplex town homes are located at 6010 Meridian Drive, in north Lincoln near the intersection of Fletcher Avenue and 27th Street, just a few minutes from Sam’s Club, Walmart, and close to I-80.
North Lincoln is a quiet, suburban area with easy access to big-box shopping, chain and local restaurants including Cracker Barrel, Villa Amore, Misty’s Steakhouse, and 1893 Coffee & Cream. Schleich Park is right next door for outdoor relaxation.
Cascade Pines is in the Lincoln Public School District, closest to Kooser Elementary, Dawes Middle School, and North Star High School.
We’re about a 10–15 minute drive (4–5 miles) from Cascade Pines to downtown and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
