Pet Policy
Northridge Heights’ pet policy- Cats and dogs welcome
- Maximum of two pets allowed
- First-floor apartments allow dogs up to 65 pounds. For all other apartments, dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less
- Cats do not have to be declawed
- One-time $300 pet fee per home
- Pet rent is $35 a month per pet
Some dog breeds are restricted, including Saint Bernards, Chows, German shepherds, Dobermans, huskies, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, pit bulls, Great Danes, and Akitas. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
