Pet Policy
Stone Ridge Estates’ pet policy is as follows:- Cats and dogs welcome
- Maximum of two pets allowed
- No weight or age limit
- Cats do not have to be declawed
- One-time $300 pet fee per home
- Pet rent is $35 per pet per month
Some dog breeds are restricted, including pit bulls, Great Danes, huskies, Akitas, chows, Dobermans, German shepherds, mastiffs, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
