Pet Policy

The Flats at 84 pet policy:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
No weight restrictions for dogs on the first floor; weight limit of 65 pounds on upper floors
Cats do not have to be declawed
One-time $300 pet fee per home
Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including Dobermans, German shepherds, mastiffs, Rottweilers, Great Danes, chows, pit bulls, Saint Bernards, huskies, and Akitas. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
