Pet Policy

The Villas at Wilderness Ridge’s pet policy:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
Cats do not have to be declawed
65-pound weight limit for dogs on the first floor and 50 pounds on upper floors
One-time $300 pet fee per home
Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, chows, mastiffs, Rottweilers, Akitas, pit bulls, Great Danes, Dobermans, huskies, and Saint Bernards. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
