Pet Policy

WH Flats’ pet policy:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
No weight restrictions for dogs on the first floor; 50-pound weight limit for dogs above the first floor
Cats do not have to be declawed
One-time $300 pet fee per home
Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, pit bulls, Great Danes, chows, Dobermans, mastiffs, Rottweilers, huskies, Akitas, and Saint Bernards. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
