While our apartments are not smoke-free, smoking is not permitted in any common areas on our community.

Our buildings do not have elevators, but we do have ground floor apartments. Reach out to us for availability.

Leasing & Availability

Yes, short-term lease options are available — perfect for those in town for work, relocating, or in between homes. Furnished apartments can also be arranged through our local partners. Contact our team for details on availability, lease terms, and any applicable fees.

All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.

A detailed criminal background check will be performed on all applicant(s) 18 years and older to review for certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. Items include, but are not limited to; terroristic threats, property or personal safety related crimes, drug related crimes. All Registered Sex Offenders will automatically be denied. Anyone charged with arson (misdemeanor or felony) will be denied. Applicant’s criminal history will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may result in a denial.

We’re at 6201 S 34th Street in south Lincoln, just steps from Williamsburg Park, walking trails, and Hy-Vee.

Rousseau Elementary School, Scott Middle School, and Southwest High School within the Lincoln Public Schools district area all within two miles of Williamsburg Park.

University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Nebraska Wesleyan University are both less than eight miles away.

We’re about 6.4 miles, or a 14-minute drive, from both the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and downtown Lincoln. Whether you're heading to campus, work, or a night out in the Haymarket, it’s a quick and easy commute.
