Grand Legacy’s pet policy:- Cats and dogs welcome
- Maximum of two pets allowed
- 100-pound weight limit for dogs
- Cats do not have to be declawed
- One-time $300 pet fee per home
- Pet rent is $35 a month per pet
Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, Saint Bernards, Chows, Mastiffs, Dobermans, Rottweilers, pit bulls, Great Danes, huskies, and Akitas. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
