Flats-style apartments — These include controlled-access building entries and attached garages on select floor plans.
Town homes — These include private entries to your home and direct, attached garages.
Duplexes — These are most like a traditional, single-family home and include a private entrance to your home and a direct, attached garage.

Our flats-style homes and our town homes are available in a handful of one- or two-bedroom floor plans, while our duplexes are available in two- and three-bedroom varieties. Each home has a washer and dryer included.
