I was so grateful when the Conrad allowed me to do a short-term, as I was a travel CT Technologist with Nebraska Med. My apartment was so nice and loved the courtyard and pool.

I was in Omaha on a temporary assignment for 4 months and thought I would try a short term lease with a furnished apartment. The Conrad had just what I was looking for! Great accommodations, secure building, underground parking (no chance of hail damage!), and very easy commute to downtown. If I have another Omaha assignment I will definitely return! The staff are great. I highly recommend this place!
