Leasing & Application

Applications can be completed online or with assistance from the leasing team once preleasing begins.

Preleasing is expected to begin in late summer 2026, ahead of the first move-ins in the fall.

Yes, future homes will be available for reservation during the lease-up phase, based on availability.

New construction apartments offer updated layouts, modern finishes, energy-efficient features, and a fresh living environment where everything is brand new.

During lease-up, buildings and amenities may be completed in phases. This also provides early access to the newest homes and the widest selection of floor plans.

All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.

A detailed criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants aged 18 and older to review certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. This includes, but is not limited to, offenses such as terroristic threats, property or personal safety-related crimes, and drug-related crimes. All registered sex offenders will be automatically denied. Applicants charged with arson (misdemeanor or felony) will be denied. Each applicant’s criminal history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in denial.
