Pet Policy
We welcome your furry family members! Cats and dogs are both allowed. Two pets allowed per apartment, and dogs must weigh 75 pounds or less. Cats do not have to be declawed.There is a one-time $350 pet fee per home, and pet rent is $25 a month per cat and $50 a month per dog.
Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pitbulls and Staffordshire Terriers.
No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
