Pet Policy
Aspire at CityPlace’s pet policy is as follows:- Cats and dogs welcome
- Dogs must weigh 75 pounds or less
- Cats do not have to be declawed
- Maximum of two pets allowed
- One-time $350 pet fee per home. Pet rent is $25 a month per cat and $50 a month per dog
Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, pit bulls, rottweilers, Doberman pinschers, and Staffordshire terriers. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
