Leasing & Availability

We offer flexible lease terms, including short-term options. Contact our team for availability that fits your timeline.

All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.

A detailed criminal background check will be performed on all applicant(s) 18 years and older to review for certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. Items include, but are not limited to; terroristic threats, property or personal safety related crimes, drug related crimes. All Registered Sex Offenders will automatically be denied. Anyone charged with arson (misdemeanor or felony) will be denied. Applicant’s criminal history will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may result in a denial.

Aspire at CityPlace is located at 9000 City Place Boulevard in Woodbury, MN. Our community sits right between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, with quick access to Tamarack Village and Woodbury Lakes.

Our community is just a 10-minute drive from downtown St. Paul and approximately 30 minutes from the Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport.

Aspire at CityPlace is located within North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale School District (District 622). Schools include Eagle Point Elementary, Skyview Middle, and Tartan High.

Woodbury is also home to several parochial and charter schools, including:
