North Pointe Villas’ pet policy:
  • Cats and dogs welcome
  • Maximum of two pets allowed
  • No weight restrictions for dogs
  • Cats do not have to be declawed
  • One-time $300 pet fee per home
  • Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, Mastiffs, Saint Bernards, huskies, Great Danes, Chows, Rottweilers, pit bulls, Dobermans, and Akitas. Rabbits and ferrets are not allowed.
