Yes! North Pointe Villas is designed with your pets in mind. Residents enjoy access to an on-site dog park and flats residents can use our convenient pet wash station, perfect for keeping your furry friends clean and active year-round.

All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.

A detailed criminal background check will be performed on all applicant(s) 18 years and older to review for certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. Items include, but are not limited to; terroristic threats, property or personal safety related crimes, drug related crimes. All Registered Sex Offenders will automatically be denied. Anyone charged with arson (misdemeanor or felony) will be denied. Applicant’s criminal history will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may result in a denial.
