Pet Policy

Northbrook’s pet policy is as follows:
  • Cats and dogs welcome
  • Maximum of two pets allowed
  • First-floor apartments have a 65 pound weight restriction for dogs. For all other apartments, dogs cannot weigh more than 50 pounds.
  • Cats do not have to be declawed
  • One-time $300 pet fee per home
  • Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including pit bulls, Great Danes, huskies, Akitas, chows, Dobermans, German shepherds, mastiffs, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
