Each apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, air conditioning, and large walk-in closets. Select homes may offer gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, or kitchen pantries. Learn more about apartment details on our Amenities page.

Northbrook offers a variety of spacious floor plans:

  • 1-bedroom apartments ranging from 847 to 1,108 sq. ft.
  • 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 1,198 to 1,705 sq. ft.
  • 3-bedroom apartments at 1,575 sq. ft.

Leasing & Availability

Yes! Northbrook offers short-term lease options. Contact us for more information on availability.

All leaseholders must maintain a liability insurance policy per our leasing agreement. Personal property coverage is not required but is recommended. We offer a master policy for those without third-party coverage on or before move-in day.

A detailed criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants aged 18 and older to review certain felony offenses with discharge dates within the last 7 years. This includes, but is not limited to, offenses such as terroristic threats, property or personal safety-related crimes, and drug-related crimes. All registered sex offenders will be automatically denied. Applicants charged with arson (misdemeanor or felony) will be denied. Each applicant’s criminal history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in denial.

Our credit requirements vary by the market by which you are applying in. Credit history and/or risk of applicant(s) will be assessed based on a credit report from our tenant screening provider, RentGrow.
