Pet Policy

The Villas at Falling Waters’ pet policy is as follows:

Cats and dogs welcome
Maximum of two pets allowed
No weight restrictions for dogs
Cats do not have to be declawed
One-time $300 pet fee per home
Pet rent is $35 a month per pet

Some dog breeds are restricted, including German shepherds, huskies, Akitas, mastiffs, Rottweilers, pit bulls, Great Danes, chows, Dobermans, and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
