Pet Policy

Villas of Omaha at Butler Ridge’s pet policy is as follows:
  • Cats and dogs welcome
  • Dogs must weigh 100 pounds or less
  • Cats do not have to be declawed
  • Maximum of two pets allowed
  • One-time $300 pet deposit per home. Pet rent is $35 a month per pet.

Some dog breeds are restricted, including American Staffordshire terriers (pit bulls), Akitas, chows, dobermans, German shepherds, Great Danes, huskies, mastiffs, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
