Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) was recognized at the Stars of Excellence awards ceremony hosted by the Apartment Association of Nebraska<\/a>. The annual event, held this year on January 28, honors top achievers in the apartment industry. Each year, a committee creates award categories and encourages nominees from the Nebraska multi-family industry.<\/p>\n

This year, CIP received multiple nominations for outstanding efforts in the multi-family industry. CIP teammates were finalists in four categories: <\/p>\n

Property Manager:<\/strong> Preston Sparks<\/li>\n

Maintenance Supervisor<\/strong>: Jeff Westwood<\/li>\n
