Third-annual Omaha Parade of Apartments March 11-12<\/strong><\/h2>\nMarch 6, 2017 — Omaha, NE — The third-annual Omaha Parade of Apartments will be this weekend, March 11-12, 2017. Event hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 11 and noon to 4 p.m. March 12.

\nThis event is designed to simplify the apartment hunting process and make it more enjoyable. In just two days, attendees can visit any of the six participating communities for this open-house extravaganza.
\n
\nOrganized tours will be conducted every 20 minutes at each property, allowing participants to easily see multiple communities in a short amount of time.
\n
\nLocal restaurants and vendors will provide free food at each location, and prizes and special move-in discounts will be available.
\n
\nMore than $1,000 in prizes will be given away, including a $500 cash grand prize. For each property attendees visit, they will get entered to win a prize featured at that property. And, the more properties they visit, the more entries they receive into the grand prize drawing.

\n“We know apartment hunting can be a time-consuming, frustrating process filled with lots of phone calls, emails and setting up tours,” said Nancy McCready, director of marketing at Commercial Investment Properties (CIP). “This event eliminates a lot of that stress and makes the process much simpler — and a lot more fun.”
