Fourth-annual Omaha Parade of Apartments March 10-11<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

March 6, 2018 — Omaha, NE — The fourth-annual Omaha Parade of Apartments will be this weekend, March 10-11, 2018. Event hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 10 and noon to 4 p.m. March 11.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This event is designed to simplify the apartment hunting process and make it more enjoyable. In just two days, attendees can visit any of the eight participating communities for this open house extravaganza. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Organized tours will be conducted every 20 minutes at each property, allowing participants to easily see multiple communities in a short amount of time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Each location will also highlight neighborhood restaurants with free food, vendors and special move-in discounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

More than $1,000 in prizes will be given away, including a $500 cash grand prize. Attendees receive a prize entry for every participating community they visit. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“We know apartment hunting can be a time-consuming, frustrating process filled with lots of phone calls, emails and setting up tours,” said Nancy McCready, director of marketing at Commercial Investment Properties (CIP). “This event eliminates a lot of that stress and makes the process much simpler — and a lot more fun.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
