SEPTEMBER 7, 2018 — Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) has expanded in Ames, IA, with the acquisition of Southview Estates apartment community to its management portfolio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The property, which has been renamed South View Apartments, is located at 209 S. 5th St. in east Ames. It features 48, two-bedroom units that range from 820-950 square feet.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
