CIP acquires The Central near downtown Minneapolis<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/h1>\n

AUGUST 10, 2018 — Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) has added The Central apartment community near downtown Minneapolis, MN, to its management portfolio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Central, 3503 2nd Ave. South, is an urban, boutique apartment community located within minutes of downtown and uptown Minneapolis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It has 49 units with a mix of studios, one, two and three bedrooms. The units range from 384-square-foot micro-units to 952-square-foot layouts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This new apartment community opened in June after the land was redeveloped to make way for this multi-family project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Central features quartz countertops, modern Murphy beds in select units, hardwood-style flooring, a rooftop patio, bike storage and large windows that flood the units with natural light, to name just a few of its amenities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
