CIP Acquires New Property Near Midtown Crossing and Blackstone District<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

February 14, 2019 — Commercial Investment Properties (CIP), a midwestern multifamily management company continually recognized for excellence in property management and customer service, today announced the acquisition of a 36-unit community in Omaha, NE. Previously known as Ekard Court, CIP rebranded the community as The Helen to be the sister property of The Conrad, another award-winning community in the historic Blackstone District. The Helen will be managed by CIP through their exceptional staff at The Conrad. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Helen, located at 617 S. 31^{st <\/sup>St. Omaha, NE 68105, is located minutes from Midtown Crossing and the Blackstone District and offers large one- and two-bedroom apartments in two different design schemes, ranging from 825-square-foot to 1,090-square-foot layouts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n}

Built in 2016, the apartments feature stainless-steel appliances, full-size washer and dryer, hardwood-style flooring and contemporary kitchens with high-end finishes. The Helen also offers private, assigned parking and has an elevator.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
