Flex
Our residents are important to us, and we know that budgets don't always align with the first of the month. With Flex, there's no need to stress about paying rent or late fees. Pay rent at your own pace so you can do more of what you want, when you want.
What is Flex?
Flex allows you to split your rent into two payments throughout the month. When you subscribe to Flex, they pay us your rent on the first of the month, then you pay them back when it's most convenient for you during that month, interest-free. Plus, all payments are easily managed in their app!
Do I have to use Flex?
Nope! Using Flex is completely optional. If you choose to not use Flex, you continue to pay rent normally through your resident portal or by check.How do I sign up?
Sign up directly through Flex at onboarding.getflex.com or by downloading the app on Google Play or the App Store.Follow these steps to set up your account:
- Download the Flex app or go to onboarding.getflex.com
- Enter your mobile number and the 6 digit code texted to you
- Enter your first name, last name, and email
- Type in your address and search for your property
- Enter the username and password you use for your resident portal
- Enter the estimated monthly cost of rent and utilities
- Link your bank account
- Confirm your date of birth and SSN (this is only a soft credit check)
- Confirm your Flex payment schedule and details
