At CIP Communities, your pets are family too. From playful pups to laid-back cats, we’re happy to welcome your companions home. Pets of all sizes are always welcome, and most of our apartment communities have no breed restrictions, making it easy for every pet to feel included.
Our Pet Policy
Fluffy faces are welcome at CIP! Your pets are family too, and we're delighted to welcome them into our communities!
The details:
- Bring your pals. 3 pets per home.
- Fuzzy feet? Absolutely. Cats and dogs* are welcome.
- Toe beans and twitchy tails rejoice. Declawing is not required for cats.
- No weight or age limits. Big fluffballs or tiny teacups, all are welcome.
- Breed inclusive. All breeds*. Yes, we mean it.
*Some exceptions apply: Brynwood at Wilderness Ridge and 2twenty2 have breed restrictions. Moore Place, Packard House, and Capitol View are cat-only communities.
There’s a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent which may vary by community.

Pet FAQs
Absolutely. There are no weight or age limits in our apartments — all sizes are welcome where dogs are permitted.
Most of our communities are fully breed-inclusive with no breed restrictions. Exceptions: Brynwood at Wilderness Ridge and 2twenty2 have breed restrictions; Capitol View, Moore Place, and Packard House do not allow dogs.
Rabbits and ferrets are prohibited, but up to two cats or dogs are allowed per home. Contact the community's leasing office for specific details on other small animals, such as birds, hamsters, fish, etc.
Residents are welcome to have up to three pets per home.
Yes, there’s a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent per cat and/or dog, which vary by location. Fees do not apply to small caged animals such as birds, hamsters, fish, etc. Reach out to the community's leasing team for specific fee details.
