Bilt’s rewards membership is free and select payment methods, including ACH and other eligible Bilt payment methods have zero processing fees.

Absolutely. Residents can set up recurring payments directly in Bilt’s portal or app. Be sure autopay is turned off in your RentCafe resident portal when using Bilt as your payment method. For a step by step guide on setting this up, visit this page.
