- Assistant Manager: Bryanna Hapke and Jonalyn Pescitelli
- Property Manager Over 200 Units: Chelsy Cullum, Nick Miller, and Preston Sparks
- Maintenance Rookie: Ethan Hansen and Alex Lubrano
- Maintenance Technician: Jared Van Noort

- Daniel Martinez: grounds supervisor in the Omaha region
- Chelsy Cullum: senior community business manager at Grand Legacy
