CIP Communities was honored at the 31st Annual MADACS Awards, held September 18, 2026. Hosted by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA), the annual awards celebrate individuals, teams, communities, and programs making an impact across Minnesota’s multifamily housing industry.
CIP Communities received six nominations at this year’s awards, recognizing team members and communities across several categories:
- Leasing Consultant (Properties < 5 years old): Lilly Bromenschenkel, The Rowan
- Assistant Manager (200-275 Units): Lauren Unverzagt, Aspire at CityPlace
- Maintenance (251+ Units): Keith Grove, Ascend at Woodbury

- Community Support Program: CIP Communities
Lauren Unverzagt, assistant community manager at Aspire at CityPlace in Woodbury, Minnesota, received the MADACS Award for Assistant Manager (200-275 Units).
Her recognition reflects the important role assistant managers play in the day-to-day resident experience and operation of a community, from supporting residents and prospective residents to collaborating with onsite teams and helping keep community operations running smoothly.
