CIP acquires The Central near downtown Minneapolis

AUGUST 10, 2018 — Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) has added The Central apartment community near downtown Minneapolis, MN, to its management portfolio.

The Central, 3503 2nd Ave. South, is an urban, boutique apartment community located within minutes of downtown and uptown Minneapolis.
