CIP grows in Ames, IA, with new acquisition

SEPTEMBER 7, 2018 — Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) has expanded in Ames, IA, with the acquisition of Southview Estates apartment community to its management portfolio.

The property, which has been renamed South View Apartments, is located at 209 S. 5th St. in east Ames. It features 48, two-bedroom units that range from 820-950 square feet.

South View Apartments’ prime location near Lincoln Way and Duff Avenue provides residents with walkable access to restaurants, shopping and more.

CIP also manages Wyndham Heights apartment community at 1201 Florida Ave. in west Ames.
