Ascend at Woodbury selected as 2019 Real Estate Awards Finalist
April 16, 2019 — Ascend at Woodbury, managed by Commercial Investment Properties (CIP), has been recognized as a finalist in the Suburban Multifamily category of the 2019 Real Estate Awards by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal.
Ascend at Woodbury, located at 4151 Benjamin Drive, opened in June 2018 and was the first new apartment community to open in the city of Woodbury, MN in about a decade. Ascend has a total of 305 units and offers luxury apartment homes in studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans.
