Three CIP Communities Ranked in the 2020 Elite 1% Nationally for Online Reputation
February 24, 2021 — Commercial Investment Properties (CIP), a Midwest-based property development and management company, has been recognized for having three apartment communities rank among the top 1% in the nation for online reputation in 2020. The communities earning this annual recognition are The Flats at Shadow Creek and The Villas at Wilderness Ridge, both located in Lincoln, NE, and The Conrad located in Omaha, NE.
The Elite 1% ORATM Power Ranking is developed by J Turner Research, an independent research firm, and is based on the relative strength of over 122,000 conventional multifamily properties across various review sites. The ranking includes the properties with the best online reputation in the nation as determined by their ORATM scores. A property or management company does not have to be a J Turner Research client in order to qualify for this ranking.
